MISSION, VISION, VALUES

MISSION

To provide safe, structured housing and supportive community, so they can rebuild their lives with dignity and accountability.

VISION

Bridge the gap for returning citizens with stable housing, meaningful work, and the support they need to keep their freedom.

CORE VALUES

At Bridge901, our values come from real experience, real lives and real transformation. Every decision we make — from who we serve to how we run our home —is led by these principles.

  • HEALING - We create a peaceful space where men can finally breathe, recover and rebuild their lives with dignity.

  • STABILITY BEFORE CHANGE - A clean bed, a quiet home, and a daily routine comes fires. Transformation starts with stability.

  • INTERGRITY in EVERY ACTION - We show up with honesty and consistency. We do what we say— for our partners, for our residents and our community.

  • RESPONSIBILITY TO EACH OTHER - A safe home requires teamwork. Everyone contributes to making this environment peaceful and respectful.

  • COMMUNITY IMPACT - When one man succeeds, families heal, neighborhoods get safer, and generational cycles break.

“How Bridge901 Works” (Simple 3 Steps)

  1. Referral & Screening

A parole officer, reentry program, or family member contacts us. We review history, needs, and fit with our house.

2. Intake & Orientation

If accepted, the resident completes intake paperwork, review the rules, and begins a 30-day orientation period.

3. Stability & Rebuilding

Residents live in a supportive, accountable home while they work on employment, recovery, relationships, and independence.
